Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with OMF by Mattress Studio. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and convenient delivery of your new mattress.

1. Local Delivery Area

  • Standard Local Delivery: $89 within a 20km radius from our store/warehouse.
  • Deliveries outside this radius are subject to a custom quote.

2. Delivery Options & Charges

  • Premium delivery must be selected at the time of purchase.
  • Please contact us for a quote if you require Premium delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items: Can usually be delivered within 3–4 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items or custom orders: Will take longer. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of order confirmation.

4. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Delivery windows are scheduled on the day of delivery. A 30-minute phone notice will be provided prior to arrival.

5. Important Delivery Requirements

  • A responsible adult must be present at the delivery address to accept the delivery.
  • We will not deliver if the customer cannot be contacted by phone or is not present when we arrive.
  • The delivery address must be easily accessible. Narrow staircases, difficult access, or restricted parking may incur additional fees or prevent delivery.

6. Additional Charges

  • First floor or higher apartment delivery: Extra charge applies (quoted at time of booking).
  • Difficult access (e.g., many stairs, no elevator, tight corridors): Extra charge may apply.
  • Any other special requirements will be assessed and quoted separately.

7. Third-Party Carriers

We may use trusted third-party delivery partners to fulfil your order. In such cases, the same delivery policy applies. You will still receive a 30-minute phone notice before arrival.

8. General Terms

  • All delivery fees are payable at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to deliver on the agreed day, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that the premises are ready to accept the mattress.
