We understand that buying a new mattress is a big decision. You can only test a mattress for a few minutes in the showroom, but the real test is how it feels after several nights of sleep. That's why we offer a 60-night money back guarantee on all eligible mattresses. This policy removes the risk from your purchase and gives you complete peace of mind. Mattress Studio stands behind your investment 100%.

How Our 60-Night Guarantee Works

• Applies to any mattress priced at $700 and above (excluding floor models and other ineligible purchases).
• Try your new mattress for 60 nights.
• After a minimum of 21 nights, if you're not completely satisfied, we will:
  • Refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs), or
  • Offer one free exchange (no restocking or exchange fees).

Exchange Details (Within 15 km of the Store)

• No restocking fees
• No exchange fees

If your replacement mattress is cheaper, we refund the difference. If it's more expensive, you pay the difference.

Note: This guarantee applies to the mattress only. It does not cover pillows, ensemble bases, or protectors.

Is There Any Catch?

Yes — we have two simple, non-negotiable conditions:

• 21-night minimum trial — You must sleep on the mattress for at least 21 nights before requesting a return or exchange. Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress.
• Mattress must be stain-free — The mattress must be returned in 100% clean condition, free of stains and body fluids.
  • An approved mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress and used at all times.
  • Our team will inspect the mattress with a black light before collection. Any stains (regardless of size) will void the guarantee.

All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
